All orders ship from our warehouses and may arrive in multiple parcels. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We use Royal Mail or DHL, with no extra delivery fees. For US and EU customers, customs charges are covered by us. For other countries, any import fees will be shown and charged at checkout.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start your return, simply fill out the Return Form. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization email with full instructions.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. We offer free returns for customers in the UK, US, and EU. For other regions, return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
